Developer Notes:
In the Raising a Rock Spirit update on November 24, we fixed an issue where keydown skills lasted less than their intended duration, with the exception for when they were first used.
However, an issue occurred where Divine Punishment could continuously be used without consuming any stacks if the skill was held down and released over and over again, before a stack could have the chance to be consumed.
This is an unintended use of the skill, thus we have reverted the changes and will review many ways to fix this error in the future before we implement it.
